I was expecting way more flavor options, but it’s basically the same few choices over and over. They make it sound like there’s going to be a good variety, but that promise feels vague once you actually see what’s available. It got boring really fast.

I ended up staying full pretty much the whole day, which surprised me. The portions were really generous, and by the time I finished, I felt like I definitely got my money’s worth.

I thought the prices were fair for what you get. The meals felt worth it to me, and I’d probably order again. For some reason, I also remember the napkin being folded into this weird little triangle, which made me laugh.

I wanted to like this, but the protein is just way too low for what I need. It feels like one of those things that works when it wants to, but overall it didn’t really do much for me.

I ordered from ratiofood.com and the packaging was solid. The box showed up in decent shape and everything inside was sealed up well. Nothing was leaking or crushed, which I was kinda worried about. There was a little too much extra packing material for such a small order, but thats not a big deal. Overall Im happy with it and Id order again...

I’m just happy because I can actually eat now without feeling all bloated and uncomfortable right after, which used to happen so often and ruin the rest of my day, so yeah, it’s been really nice feeling lighter and more normal after meals.

I gave it a shot thinking it might be okay, but nope. The flavor was weird, kind of chalky, and just had this off-putting “mystery mix” thing going on. I couldn’t even finish mine. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

I’ve tried a few of the meals and they’re okay. Some of them kept me full all the way til lunch, but a couple had me hungry again quick lol. Overall not bad at all, just not super filling every single time for me.

i’ve been grabbing Ratio because the carbs and sugar are usually a lot lower than other options i’d normally pick. the taste is decent too. not amazing, but definitely good enough for me. i do wish they had more flavors, but overall it makes it easier for me to stay on track.

Sometimes it’s good, but other times the quality feels off. I don’t know if they’re cutting corners on certain days or just rushing orders, but it definitely isn’t consistent.

I tried a few things from Ratio, the taste was fine, just nothing that really stood out. For the price, I expected the ingredients to feel a bit higher quality, but some of it came across more processed than I was hoping. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not something I’d be rushing to order again. I also hate when brands make you feel like you’re dealing with some automated system instead of an actual person if you have questions, which didn’t help my overall impression. If they improved the ingredient quality, I’d maybe give it another shot

The food was fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. The bigger issue was the shipping. I thought it would show up in a few days, but it ended up taking over a week. I barely got any clear updates, and when I tried to figure out what was going on, it felt like there was no actual person to talk to, just automated stuff. Frustrating honestly. I’m not sure I’d order again.

I actually liked this more than I thought I would. The food had a good bite to it and wasn’t all mushy, which I really don’t like when that happens. The mouthfeel was smooth in a nice way too, if that makes sense. One of the items was kind of dry a little bit, but overall I was happy with it

The macros are solid and I like that the sugar is low. That said, the calories and fat are a little higher than I’d personally want for a regular snack. I think a lot of people will still enjoy it, especially if it fits their goals, but for me it’s more of an occasional option than an everyday choice

I ordered from ratiofood.com the stuff I got just didn’t feel fresh. A couple of the items tasted kind of stale, and the texture was off too. Just off, off enough that I noticed right away, and it wasn’t what I was expecting at all.

The best by dates were also way too close for ordering food online. I’m not buying snacks just to rush through them in a week or two, you know? Disappointing overall, really disappointing, and I don’t think I’d order from them again

The meals were decent overall, like I definitely found a few I enjoyed. But on my low-carb days... eh, it was kind of hit or miss. Some meals worked fine, and then others had more carbs than I expected, so I ended up having to check everything carefully before ordering.

I had to wait a bit longer than I’d like to hear back, but to be fair, they did answer my question in the end. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, I just think getting back to people a little quicker is the decent thing to do when someone’s waiting for help.

My order did arrive on the right day, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the condition of the box was disappointing. It was crushed in places and one side was wet, which isn’t really acceptable when you’re dealing with food items.
When I opened it, a few things were dented and one pack had leaked a little, so the whole unpacking experience felt messy and kind of gross. For the price, I expected the packaging to be a lot sturdier and better thought out.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took longer than I would’ve liked, and the fix they offered was only okay. I might give them another chance, but only if they seriously improve how they pack their deliveries.

I’m not ordering from here again. The timing was just awful, and the whole experience felt way more frustrating than it should’ve been. Definitely not a good ordering experience.
